RETURN POLICY - If an item is received damaged, it may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a replacement., refund or exchange. Due to our very low prices, if you wish us to return the item back, we will have to bill for shipping.

REFUND POLICY- are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once it is received back from the customer. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Items returned to us AFTER 10 days will NOT be refunded.

CUSTOM ORDER REFUNDS: No refunds are allowed on custom orders.

WE DO NOT REFUND fees charged for payment processing or shipping.
